Profileze ("we", "us") provides an AI tool that rewrites your LinkedIn profile. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. By using Profileze you agree to this policy.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and authentication details, managed by our auth provider.
- Profile content you provide: the headline, summary, experience, resume/LinkedIn text, and target role you enter or upload so we can optimize it.
- Optimization results: the rewritten content we generate, saved to your account so you can revisit it.
- Billing data: if you subscribe, our payment processor handles your payment details. We never see or store your card information.
How we use it
- To generate your optimized profile. Your profile text is sent to our AI provider solely to produce your result.
- To operate your account, enforce plan limits, and save your history.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
Who we share it with
We use a small set of trusted third-party processors to run the service: a database and authentication provider, an AI provider, and a payment processor. They process your data only to provide their part of the service. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention & deletion
We keep your account and optimization history until you delete them or close your account. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at studysprint.aii@gmail.com.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. To exercise any of these, contact us at studysprint.aii@gmail.com.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and stored with reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
